As proud recipients of a grant sponsored by the United Way Greater Toronto, in partnership with York Region and the Georgina Community Action Table, we are super excited to be delivering FREE ‘Moving To Wellness’ workshops.
You will have the opportunity to practice mindful meditation and to learn Nia, a mind-body movement practice combining music, mindfulness, and dynamic movement. These activities are designed to leave you feeling energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced!
Our facilitators are licensed practitioners and looking forward to leading you in this mind, body, spirit celebration! Drop-ins are welcome!

Yoga Meditation Sessions in Nature

Kathy says she loves teaching at ClearWater Farm because of the magical open space that is surrounded by mature trees. She says, “there is growth and beauty all around!”. Take in the amazing vibes each Saturday to connect to the community, release tension and stress and to become more flexible in mind, body and soul – and ‘kick ass strong!” as Kathy says. Classes vary each week and could include a combination of Hatha, Power, Flow and Yin styles.
With pre-registration, each session is $12, with up to half of that fee being donated back to ClearWater Farm. That means you get to breathe and move in this unique space and through your experience help continue the work reaching the vision of a world where people live in harmony with nature.
