A Drop of Sunshine

Teacher by day and self-taught baker by night. Baking is a form of creative expression that brings a little bit of me to others, which is where A Drop of Sunshine came from – a little drop of me (“sunshine”). A variety of homemade treats, specialty custom cakes and use of edible images. Chocolate Bark (white/milk/dark/salted caramel/peanut butter), chocolate chip cookies, shortbread cookies, PYO cookies, DIY kits.
Amanda from Elpida Café

In addition to bringing fresh roasted coffee from Elpida Cafe, this booth will feature my other passions including loose leaf teas, pottery mugs, and crystals.
Boxed Lunch to eat at ClearWater

EddyBee & Tootsie’s Messhall Eatery will provide pre-ordered lunches for visitors to be picked up at the farm. A poké bowl base of fresh seasonal ingredients (such as mixed grains, carrots, chickpeas, and cucumber) with your choice of protein: Chicken, steak, or extra veggies.
Burger Bandits

Elpida Café and Roastery

Elpida Café is a small local coffee roaster in Keswick, Ontario. All their organic, fairtrade coffee is roasted fresh weekly in house. They will sell bags of coffee beans while also serving cups of coffee (ClearWater Farm blend), cold brew, housemade lemonade, and prepared sandwiches.

Treatsbynonnamary is an Italian Nonna who has been baking Pecan Butter Tarts for over 40 years. Treatsbynonnamary creates an assortment of baked goods that ranges from tarts, to biscotti, to cookies, to chocolate covered peanut butter balls, and more. She also will create custom orders. Treatsbynonnamary uses the freshest ingredients in her baking, just like in her cooking for her family.
