ClearWater Farm is a regenerative farm and community gathering space located on the southern shores of Lake Simcoe. We educate future generations about living in harmony with nature and foster an understanding of water’s role in sustainable food production, economic growth, and healthy communities.

We embrace experiential and place-based learning on our 30-acre property—a living lab where young people learn from nature, agripreneurs advance regenerative farming to feed their communities, and visitors connect with natural wellness. Our timber frame barn serves as a welcoming venue for community events, while our land-based educational initiatives, developed in collaboration with Indigenous leaders, inspire deeper connections to the land and water that sustain us all.

The land is lively with fields of veggies growing, hills of wildflowers and tall grass, towering trees (including our historic Trading Tree ), plus, our historic farmhouse, rustic barn, and more! Making it the perfect place to paint en plein air. Plus, on day 2, we are hosting our second annual ClearWater Farm Music Showcase, as all this wonderful nature will embrace the music and community visiting.
