Soup Mix : Coconut Curry Lentil

The Coconut Curry Lentil Soup Mix contains:

• Organic Red Lentils
• Organic Green Lentils
• Organic Short Grain Brown Rice
• Organic Unsweetened Coconut
• Fine Himalayan Rock Salt
• Paprika
• Curry Powder
• Cayenne Pepper

Just empty jar into pot, add 7 cups of water or stock and stir. Add any Clearwater Farm veggies you desire. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes until tender. Enjoy!

Note : For a creamier soup, substitute water for 1 cup of coconut cream or milk!
