Justin and Amanda started Elpida Café with “goal to create a spot in the community for people to come together, enjoy a specialty drink, and learn more about the coffee roasting experience.” Their coffee beans are ethically sourced from small coffee farms, to provide a certain level of transparency between themseleves and the women farmers who they depend on. Their green coffee beans come to us through a non-profit called Café Femenino, which not only provides high quality coffee beans but also provides one-of-a-kind support for women farmers across the world.
