Fun fact: garlic scapes are the flower bud of the garlic plant. At this time of year we remove the scapes to encourage our garlic bulbs to thicken up! We will have them available for you on the marketplace for the next few weeks. They make a fabulous addition to a variety of recipes, you can throw them on the grill on their own, and you can even make them into a delicious pesto. Get them while they are fresh!
