House Blend Coffee

Rooster’s House Blend always leans towards flavours of chocolate and caramel. This is a balanced medium roast coffee that is bold enough to be used in milk drinks and smooth and balanced enough to be enjoyed black in a good morning brew. A great all rounder – this blend is tried and true. It can be ordered as whole beans or a universal medium grind; good for brew drip, pour over, aeropress, and french press.

Rooster Coffee has always had its roots planted strongly in community. When Clearwater Farm first started its journey to bring farm fresh baskets to people in Toronto they were the first to welcome us with open arms. Rooster owners Shawn and her partner Dave donated their driveway for us to launch a weekly market and basket pick up for Toronto’s East end families. When we were looking for a coffee partner it seemed like great way to give back to our friends in these tough times while also bringing you some of the best tasting coffee we could find.  The striking Rooster’s on our respective logos seemed like a perfect match!
