Lion’s Mane Mushroom

One of the tastiest mushrooms of all! Some say it tastes like steak or even crab meat. Lion’s mane also has a long tradition of use for brain health, and is great for your liver, heart, lungs & kidneys too! Cut mushroom into slices, cook in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown. Then add a small amount of butter or oil, salt & pepper. Cook for another minute & serve.
