As proud recipients of a grant sponsored by the United Way Greater Toronto, in partnership with York Region and the Georgina Community Action Table, we are super excited to be delivering FREE ‘Moving To Wellness’ workshops.
You will have the opportunity to practice mindful meditation and to learn Nia, a mind-body movement practice combining music, mindfulness, and dynamic movement. These activities are designed to leave you feeling energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced!
Our facilitators are licensed practitioners and looking forward to leading you in this mind, body, spirit celebration! Drop-ins are welcome!
